By ordering from yintos.com, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the website terms and conditions.
Whenever you order products through the website, please take note of the following:
- Orders will only be accepted and processed with valid detailed delivery address.
- All prices are displayed in Nigerian Currency (Naira) and payment will only be accepted in Naira.
- All orders will be packaged in our customized shopping bags without seal unless otherwise stated or requested.
- Delivery note will be included which you are expected to sign after payment and return to the delivery personnel for all orders.
- Please note that the delivery rates for all items we sell are location based.
- All items displayed on yintos.com are fully described to the best of our ability. You are expected to read the products description.
- All items are subject to availability. However, we may offer alternative products of equal or higher quality and value for you to choose from if order is out of stock. We will let you know before shipment.
- You have the right to cancel an order placed on yintos.com within 6hours by calling 07042466781 or send an email to yintos2004@yahoo.com / sales@yintos.com
RETURNS CHARGES
Lagos returns: N500
Abuja and Port Harcourt: N2,000
South West: N1,500
Other States: N2,000 for 2kg & below, each extra 1kg attracts N300 charges.
The order from other states shall be returned to the courier service station by you while our courier agents pick up Lagos order returns.
RETURNS POLICY
Most items may be returned if not used, worn, undamaged, and unstained with tags within 7 days of delivery.
We only accept returns if it is as a result of our error you received a defect or an incorrect item.
We give 10% discount on your next purchase as a result of this to appreciate you.
Packed shirts or products cannot be opened or returned if opened.
Exchange can only be made to another item of the same price value or higher value and price differences cleared.
Please no cash refund.
SHIPPING DETAILS
We ship orders placed between 1-business and 7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
